5 min - A French classic! If you want good lasagna, you need a good béchamel. Béchamel is at the hear of many dishes (especially from North France). It is a key skill that the chef that you are must master.


Let's head into it!


Ingredients:

30 grams of unsalted butter

30 grams (or 1/4 cup) of flour)

0.5L (or about 2.1 cups) of milk (whole milk is better but 2% works too)
