10 min - Making your crème pâtissière is not that hard plus it is useful in many delicious French desserts. Bon appétit!
Ingredients:
50cl of milk (2.1 cups)
2 eggs
80 grams of sugar (3/8 cup)
30 grams of flour (1/4 cup)
Start by whisking your sugar and the eggs
Add the flour (sift if possible) and stir until all of the flour is incorporated
