La Crème Pâtissière

10 min - Making your crème pâtissière is not that hard plus it is useful in many delicious French desserts. Bon appétit!



Ingredients:

  • 50cl of milk (2.1 cups)

  • 2 eggs

  • 80 grams of sugar (3/8 cup)

  • 30 grams of flour (1/4 cup)





Start by whisking your sugar and the eggs

Add the flour (sift if possible) and stir until all of the flour is incorporated

Just follow this video for the rest of the recipe!

Just add the flavor of your choice!
