Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of béchamel (recipe in Les Techniques)
1,5L (or what you obtain by following the recipe) of Salsa Bolognese (recipe in Les Techniques)
10 sheets of pasta
some Parmigiano Reggiano (fresh of grated)
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN AT 180°C or 365°C
Special Tip: add some tomato paste to your béchamel for extra-taste!
Build your Lasagna:
Start by a layer of Salsa Bolognese
Then, repeat:
Sheet of pasta (to fit your dish)
Béchamel
Salsa Bolognese
Until you arrive at the top of your dish
End with a layer of béchamel topped with Parmagiano Reggiano.
You're done!
