🇮🇹Lasagna alla Bolognese🇮🇹 (the classic lasagna)

30 min - The classic Italian lasagna made from our Salsa Bolognese. The perfect family meal. Enjoy!




Side Note: I am going to use store-bought pasta, and they taste awesome! The recipe for fresh pasta is coming soon on La Cuisine. Stay posted!

Readily available ingredients (1-5) : 2

Time : 30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of béchamel (recipe in Les Techniques)

  • 1,5L (or what you obtain by following the recipe) of Salsa Bolognese (recipe in Les Techniques)

  • 10 sheets of pasta

  • some Parmigiano Reggiano (fresh of grated)


PREHEAT YOUR OVEN AT 180°C or 365°C


Special Tip: add some tomato paste to your béchamel for extra-taste!


Build your Lasagna:

Start by a layer of Salsa Bolognese


Then, repeat:

  • Sheet of pasta (to fit your dish)

  • Béchamel

  • Salsa Bolognese


Until you arrive at the top of your dish

End with a layer of béchamel topped with Parmagiano Reggiano.


You're done!
