Ingredients:
a bunch of basil (use what you have!)
30 grams of pine nuts (a handful), you can use many nuts (here I used almonds)
(you can do without it!) 2 cloves of garlic
12,5 cl of olive oil (1/2 a cup)
(optional) 50grams of Parmigiano Reggiano
Making your pesto:
Put everything in a food processor and mix until it is smooth and homogeneous
