Sauce Vierge to go with your fish

1 min - The quickest and easiest recipe you can dream of. Very easy and terribly delicious with white flesh fishes. Bon appétit!


This recipe is inspired by a recipe by Hélène Darroze.



Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon

  • 15 grams of capers

  • 1 scallion

  • 2 tomatoes or about 10 cherry tomatoes

  • Parsley & Dill (or any fresh herb you have, I used cilantro)

  • 5 cl of olive oil (or 1/4 cup)

  • salt


Preparing your Sauce Vierge:


Cut every ingredient into small pieces

Throw everything in a bowl



Add the olive oil


You're done!
