1 min - The quickest and easiest recipe you can dream of. Very easy and terribly delicious with white flesh fishes. Bon appétit!
This recipe is inspired by a recipe by Hélène Darroze.
Ingredients:
1 lemon
15 grams of capers
1 scallion
2 tomatoes or about 10 cherry tomatoes
Parsley & Dill (or any fresh herb you have, I used cilantro)
5 cl of olive oil (or 1/4 cup)
salt
Preparing your Sauce Vierge:
Cut every ingredient into small pieces
Throw everything in a bowl
Add the olive oil
You're done!
